Vite & assets
Shared with Crema
Section titled “Shared with Crema”Implementation lives in org.konaframework.crema.assets. Inertia re-exports a facade at org.konaframework.inertia.assets so older imports keep working:
import org.konaframework.inertia.assets.Viteimport org.konaframework.inertia.assets.AssetManifestInertiaServiceProvider binds AssetManifest to inertia.public_path (or <base>/public) and calls Vite.setManifest on boot.
Development (public/hot)
Section titled “Development (public/hot)”If public/hot contains a base URL (for example http://127.0.0.1:5173), tags point at the Vite dev server (/@vite/client + entry URL).
Production (public/build/manifest.json)
Section titled “Production (public/build/manifest.json)”Standard Vite manifest: entries resolve to /build/… script and stylesheet tags.
In the root view
Section titled “In the root view”{!! vite !!} prints tags for InertiaManager.viteEntries. Missing manifest / unset facade yields empty tags on HTML shells (exceptions are swallowed in the shell path so first visits still render).
Facade helpers throw ViteException when you call Vite.tags / Vite.asset without a bound manifest — useful in tests.
